Benzaldehyde, the aromatic component of amaretto, is extracted from BOSO Rhum Fleur by macerating Boshu loquat seeds, a specialty of Minami-Boso, and adding several botanicals such as tonka bean and Bourbon vanilla, and sweetened with in-house made caramel and honey to create an amaretto-like liqueur. You can enjoy its unique rich aroma and flavor not only as an ingredient in cocktails, but also straight or on the rocks. It has been tested for amygdalin (cyanide) at a public institution, so you can use it with peace of mind.
